They can be made with your favorite meatloaf, meatball, or other ground meat recipe, and paired with the cheese of your choice. For the Quick and Easy Meatloaf: Make 8 Meatloaf Ghosts (4 servings) 1 pound lean ground beef 1 large egg, beaten 1/3 cup plain dry breadcrumbs 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (or 1 teaspoon fine salt) 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper pinch of cayenne 2 tablespoon minced green onions 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 10 thick slices provolone cheese, or other melty white cheese For the blood sauce: 1/2 cup ketchup 1/4 cup barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
