I made a batch of these and the whole process took me about 3 to 4 hours. They were super delicious but the time spent on it really wasn't worth it. It's better to just get some frozen ones from your local Asian mart when you want to get your dumpling fix. But it was a great experience and I'll definitely do it again when I have a small army to help me make the dumplings. A big time saver would be to get premade wrappers so you dont have to roll out dough. These dumplings came out good

I just made some myself. Except I totally butchered the recipe. I used cabbage, green onions, cilantro, ground beef, garlic, chili sauze (custom made, chili oil, a hint of Japanese curry powder and the pre-made Gyoza wrappers. Totally different, I know. But it turned out great Basically you can make potstickers with any kind of filling you want. If the filling is good, the potstickers will be good

Going to try making these (but with ground chicken) and the steamed ones. Here we have something called Pastelillos that look like like potstickers but are deep fried for like 10 minutes. They are filled with pizza or meat like chicken & potatoes. We also have a relleno which is a fried potato ball (potato has to be fluffy inside still) with meat inside.

This videos look well down and I wish I could listen to that voice but. my stomach tightens after a while, like listening to fingernails on a chalkboard. I think the voice could is pleasant but the delivery is wearing. All I need to complete the torture is some flashing lights. Others must be bothered by the cadence. Like his sense of humor.

I have been trying to make dumplings for a while now, and just cant get the pinching and folding right I might just try your wrapper recipe - the store bought stuff does not seem as pliable and stretchyI also find that my dumplings get a little soggy from the steaming process - too long? Too much water?

Absoltely Delicious, A better sauce is dish of crushed chili's in oil, vinegar and soy all to be mixed as desired by each individual on the plate. A dozen of those as an appetizer, with a BBQ pork bun baked golden brown on the side. It will put a smile on your face anticipating the rest of the meal.

I enjoy your recipes quite a bit, but I cant handle the cadence of the way you speak. Your tilt goes up for every sentence you speak and I always wonder if you speak like that normally or if its only for videos. Do you know that you do this? Its distracting to say the least.
