Roasted Cauliflower is probably one of the best way to cook cauliflower as it is extremely delicious and addictive. In this way even those who say they don't like cauliflower might change their mind. Roasting the cauliflower intensifies the flavor and caramelizes the edges which makes it sweeter and really really irresistible. Ingredients: Makes about 3-4 servings 1 head cauliflower 3 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp smoked paprika lemon juice from half of lemon 1/2 tsp chilli powder or chilli flakes 3 garlic cloves, minced (optional) 2 tbsp soy sauce salt and freshly ground black pepper Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F 220C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Wash and chop cauliflower into florets and place in a large bowl. 3. Pour olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and sprinkle spices over cauliflower. Toss with your hands to coat well. 4. Place cauliflower florets in one layer on the prepared baking sheet. 5. Roast until tender and lightly browned, for about 35-40 minutes, stirring from time to time. Serve hot along egg, your favorite meat or simply as a snack.

I've been making this regularly for well over a year. It's so quick and delicious, and you can just use garlic powder in place of chopped garlic. I enjoy this over rice with a bit of korean hot pepper paste (gochujang. Overall, a good (NOT boring) substitute for meat or simply as a side dish.

This video recipe is excellent. I tried it. A dinner guest recently could not eat soy sauce so I used Worcester sauce instead. It still came out well. I will highly recommend using soy sauce as specified in this video. I'm making it tonight for an advance Valentine's Day dinner. Thank you.

I'm just going to make this recipe this evening. It looks great I will edit how it went. Edit: I loved the taste, I used to fry them, but they are healthier like this. I expected them to be more crunchy, but maybe my oven is to blame for that. All in all, I will make this again. ;)

It tastes okay but I just found out that I like my cauliflower to taste like cauliflower not like some smoked meat. I'll try it next time without the smoked paprika (that I've tried for the first time today. :-)

Just made it, it's pretty tasty The edges of my cauliflower burnt so for those with hotter ovens, you should go for a slightly cooler temperature and keep an eye on it the first time you make it (unlike me)

I don't think ANYONE here actually has cooked it because at 415 f (220c) it burns in about 20 mins. I actually, from instinct, only put it to 200c but it still went black. Thanks for a RUINED Sunday dinner.

Its a lot easier to put all the wet and dry ingredients into a cup, mix them together well then pour it over the vegetables. Then toss the veggies around to distribute it well.
