Hi! My mom has some problems with those small, black banana flies which comes from a basil plant, and once when I watched one of your 30 minutes meals I saw that you had frozen some spinach and I wondered if my mom could do the same thing with some of the leafs of the basil plant? Even though, I think it's better to have fresh basil instead of frozen ones.

this is a great idea! i'm allergic to eggs so i make a farinata with veggies in it. my grandson really likes his with sweet onion and chopped asparagus cooked in it (also with cumin, rosemary and mustard seed-- he likes the little black 'balls'. i had always made it with those seasonings giving him tastes when he was able to tolerate textured food without choking.

I made all kinds of frittatas during many-many years, but didn't know that it's called frittata! :) Good to learn: ) This is a very nice recipe, I definitely will try it.

a good way to loosen up the kale for the little one (and yourself) is to massage it with olive oil! it becomes really tender and it is much easier on the stomach: )

That looks wonderful! Thank you. Have you tried softening the kale with a little apple cider vinegar? We make a kale salad like that and it's much easier to chew.
