Aaron's got a great lamb recipe for you lucky people. Easy to make and amazingly tasty. Minced lamb seasoned with spices, herbs and sweet apricots then griddled over a high heat, laid on a crunchy salad and cooled down with fresh yoghurt and toasted pistachios. All in a soft tortilla wrap. You've got to give this a go! How do you make your koftas? What's your favourite thing to put in a kebab? Let us know in the description box below

I always so liked Jamie Oliver, love his kindness, positive energy and a smile, he seemed like such a nice British guy. Until that day when he killed a child! Yes a child because the lamb is a child! I grew up in the village, we were playing with the lambs they were so smart and cute, they nuzzle my knees and lick on the cheek I m a vegetarian 12 years, and I think every normal person should, t eat a warm-blooded creatures. It s like eat people the same! I m shocked. I did not expect. from Jamie he was my favorite chef! very normal person should be vegetarian! People by nature a vegetarian! Read some nice book about (by it for Kindle on Amazon.

I was just in France, and you would not believe how many Kabob restaurants there were! It was one of the best things I've ever eaten! Can't wait to create the same experience right in my kitchen!

No please god no. do not put dried apricots or lemon inside of a kofte. And if you really have to sweeten it just puree some onion and use it IF YOU HAVE TO. Other than that it doesn't have to be sweet.

What's the point of frying on the skewers? He took them out anyway, couldn't you just make 'finger-shaped' burgers without the skewers with the same result, or will it all fall apart without them?

What the hell kind of shirt is he wearing? Flowers all around! Don't get me wrong I hate prejudices and I would never say sth like That shirt makes him look so female but still: Flowers!

I Would try it but a few points you add yogurt to poultry, tahini for beef and lamb and you don't add chili yourself unless you are eating it alone cause it's considered rude.

This guy really knows what he's doing. Very good video. Loved the part where you show washing your hands for like a split second. People forget thats important when cooking.

Man, spicy food is amazing, but I feel like if I were to put as much chiles and cayenne as there are in this recipe, I wouldn't be able to taste the food at all, lol.

Thanks for the great idea! One thing though, appreciate if the cooks and chefs not have rings on when they cook. It's just hygiene. Love your work Jamie!
