Full recipe is on my website: Dak kang jung is another popular traditional Korean dish and is usually made with chunks of chicken from a whole chicken. But I'm using chicken wings with the same recipe. Each chicken wing is coated with a sweet and crispy sauce, it's really mouthwatering.

it is suggested that for health reasons, you should not rince chicken in the sink. The juices can spray around the sink and unless you wash the entire basin, you run the risk of contamination. There is no reason to wash chicken anyway if you are going to deep fry it. unless you drop them on t floor

I like you a lot, you are cooking with so much ease and love, it's a pleasere to watch you cooking i tried your recipe many times, it came so good, but we don't have the korean spices especially the chillie paste and powder. i miss that, i am from Suriname - South America. thq.

Just made these tonight! They were super sweet and sticky (which equals delicious in my books. We dipped them in a thai chili garlic sauce (the one with the chicken on the front of the bottle) and it was outstanding! Thanks for the recipe: )

Hi Maangchi. I used to live in Korea and loved the sweet and spicy sticky chicken nuggets from HomePlus. Will this produce a similar result, or is it something different? Thanks!
