If you're a fan of Korean gochujang, the spicy, sweet, savory, pungent paste that's used so often in Korean cooking, you're going to love yak-gochujang. It's gochujang fried with beef, honey, sesame oil and pine nuts, and will totally knock your socks off! Der: How do you keep your pepper paste nice and red like that? I keep mine in the cabinet and it usually gets dark after a week. Am I storing it wrong or could it be the temperature? Thanks

I really like your recipe's! They look so good and I like Asian food. The thing is. I don't like spicy food. Can you give some tips to replace the spicy seasoning? :)
