This is actually my favorite fish! Yellow Corvina. I've been looking around this fish around my area, didn't know you can only buy this at Korean store. Now I can go ahead and get some and store in my freezer. This actually too expensive when you order at Korean restaurant, Thank you so much Maangchi

Love this recipe, but you are not suppose to put thawed out food back in the freezer! This is why chicken bones be black/dark, b/c it was previously thawed and thrown back in freezer. White/light bones indicate fresh chicken.

My mom used to make this all the time and I love it but she couldn't remember the English name of the fish! Ours never came presalted or gutted though. How do we salt it on our own?

Mangchi we eat fried fish in kolkata too to eat with rice and dal. and i too eat the head total. i also chew the centre bone of the fish. very tasty. love your videos.
