This is my version of Korean gyeran-jangjorim, creamy eggs in a delicious soy broth. Let me know if you try it out! food: Awww you are cute chef I have ever seen. Very easy process of cooking. Though I'm an Indian I had made few items like spicy garlic chicken, eggplant side dish with slight changes with our Indian stuff. It came out good, all my family and friends liked it. Thank you.

That trick with the eggs was so simple yet so brilliant can I substitute the anchovy with just the fish sauce? It's anchovy flavour anyway. how much would I need if I did that?

This looks good, but getting the dried anchovy would be time consuming for me. I imagine I could tweak the recipe to work with anchovy fish sauce I already have

I love putting abit if brown sugar for that sweet taste. I also add abit of sesame oil and scallions on top of egg when its time to eat it with rice. Yum!
