Today Im going to recommend you make this easy, chilly, healthy delicious recipe called miyeok-muchim or Korean sweet & sour seaweed salad. I dont make this dish all the time, but on hot summer days I especially crave it!

OMG you are so cool, I just bought some dried seaweed not know what to do with it and I was hoping to find a recipe online and I did not even see that you had this on video. so happy. Some one made a comment about how they love to watch you eat. so do I. I put the packet away and now I am going to make this for sure. thank you so much for sharing. :) Also I have been looking for wakame all over Perth couldn't find it. and now you saying this is wakame for the Japanese. I made it and it was too much so I put it in the fridge. thanks for letting us know about keeping it in the fridge yum now I got some for tomorrow.

Ive always eaten only the ones I could buy ready made. This week I managed to buy the dried Wakame, made it your way, and I must say it is much better than anything bought. Since you are soooooo amazing maybe you have any idea what would be close in taste to a carrot? Im awfully allergic to them, but I miss the taste. All the best Maangchi!

What a fantastic video! I know nothing about Korean food or culture but suddenly I know something after watching this. I came bc I had a seaweed side dish at a K restaurant and I want to learn how to make it. They didnt use soy sauce. I wonder how they made it? Thank you for your amazing video. I want to watch them all now!

Can I please adopt you? Honestly, I could smell the galbi cooking. I so enjoy your videos and your recipes are just marvelous. Because of them, I can cook for my dear Korean friend who misses it, and she loves my cooking now. Thank you very much.

Maangchi's love for her rice paddle is such a mood. I love mine so much that I use it for practically everything. I melted one making bokkeumbap and had to get a new one. XD
