Hi Super Sushi Chef, Greetings from sunny Namibia. We really love your recipes & easy hacks, they are awesome, although difficult to repeat here and there. I have a question for you please. I have just recently tried a Battleship Shrimp Mayo boat in one of our new Sushi restaurants here, but the crux is, that the outside skin is not made with Nori, but rather with a deliciously, thin, smoky, tasty and pliable Tofu wrapper (really thin, yet tasty flavor. On the outside you have the Tofu Wrapper, inside is the base of sushi rice, then topped with a mayo mixed with cooked shrimp cocktail to top it off. Any ideas how they made this? I mean the filling is easy, so is the wrapping up. But what I cannot find is the actual Tofu thin skin wrapper, which was perfectly shaped in a Battleship and contents. We dont have any Japanese stores etc here deep down in Africa, but they must have some or how gotten this to perfection. Have you got any ideas or video's how one can do Tofu Wrappers for this instead of using Nori? Would be so great if you could show this. Thank a mill. T and K, from Namibia.

Hey Chef Devaux, I was wondering maybe you're having trouble inventing new ways of making sushi. Well, I have an idea that might last a long while. Go to sushi restaurants and order some sushi. Film yourself eating it then cut to you making that same sushi at home and showing us how to do it as well.

My culinary school starts on January 12th. Thanks for your videos. They remind me just how much I like cooking and sushi. I don't think I would have had the motivation to go back if I hadn't been reminded how much I wanted to. Thank you!

Hey chef! I love your videos. They really help me out. But I'm just starting out with sushi, and I'd love to just master the classics. Could you do a California roll, or like a spicy tuna roll? Just some simple ones. Thanks!
