There is Purple internet PC cafe in my town. Subway sandwich and Touch vending machine cafe are near the PC cafe. Vending machine cafe Touch is introduced in broadcast SBS, and lots of South korean playing computer game in Purple PC cafe instead of moscow conservatory of music. Russian communist has been called as a cat for a long time. I visited Purple cat's hotel for my cat, because I thought Purple means something special. Red refers communist, Blue means democracy in South Korea for several decades. So Purple means. Peace.

Chef Davy, do you have any ideas on how o make vegan tuna? I want something with the same texture and flavor, have seen people use tomato slices marinated with sea weed and soy sauce? I guess they were using the soy sauce to make it darker in color but with the seaweed it could be very salty, any ideas?

Thank you SOO much for this. I LOVE sushi but recently I have developed an aversion to nori weird right. I have tried sourcing the different colored wraps made out of soy but they are EXPENSIVE and i have to order them and have them shipped. This will be SOO much better. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

If only I had a dehydrator: ! I'll try to use my oven and see if that works, I want to make pastel sushi and add edible glitter to it! Sounds a bit weird but I'm sure it won't interfere with the flavor or at least I hope!

I love all your videos. Esp the sushi ones! Have you ever done a sweet or dessert sushi? I saw one done with strawberries and cheesecake but looking for other ideas. BTW, I'll be trying many of yours!

Fantastic idea! Would never have thought to use the dehydrator in that way. I've got an idea to use this principle to create some dessert style sushi, but without the fish. obviously. ;-)

thank you thank you thank you! i can not eat seaweed. it makes me really ill. I will be making these so i can make sushi at home rather than using rice paper or soy: )

If I made vegetarian sushi the night before and refrigerated it to serve the next morning, would the vegetable sheets become sticky, fall apart, or be fine? Thank you.

is it obligatory to cook? the idea of a dehydrator is in keeping the temperature below 53 C, so that all the enzymes are kept in place. Can I skip the cooking?

Can plz stop using food colouring in ur sushi. It's disrespectful to Japanese culture and I'm Japanese. Not trying to be mean but it's just courtesy.
