my idea of good sushi is a combination of different textures and tastes. I would try and put something airy and dehydrated inside the roll. What do you think about daikon with yellowtail and avocado? Or dehydrated mango with prawn+immit/real crab meat? Or covering a salmon+avocado roll with dehydrated lemon skin?

Yeah. unfortunately that dehydrator costs about 200, not the most expensive one I've seen considering some range from 300 - 900 but its reeeaally not worth the price just to make some fancy sushi. :P

I am so glad I found your videos I love watching them. You do a excellent job of explaining. I have learned a lot from them, I make my own Sushi now, it is expensive then buying it.

its almost like the sushi needs a coating of mayo or sauce for the dehydrated vege to stick to. even if you just coated the top it'd still be good.

I want to make sushi but I'm broke (I'm not very good at saving money or earning it considering I'm too young to get one) IT WILL HAPPEN EVENTUALLY
