This easy dinner is not only delicious but a budget-friendly meal anyone can make! The chicken is perfectly fried, golden, and crispy with tender juicy meat. Let me show you the secrets to some of the best fried chicken I make at home! Today I am recreating Church's Texas Chicken for dinner. This chicken is even better than Church's Texas chicken and cheaper too! Check out this HONEY BUTTER Biscuits Recipe INGREDIENTS 4 lbs bone-in chicken pieces cooking oil for frying Marinade/Brine 1 quart buttermilk 1/4 to 1/3 cup Louisiana hot sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder 1 Tbsp Kinder's Garlic Herb Blend 1 Tbsp onion powder 1 Tbsp celery salt Add your favorite rubs and spices to your preference Flour Dredge 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup cornstarch 2 tsp salt 2 tsp msg seasoning (the secret) 2 tsp onion powder season and salt to your preference INGREDIENTS FOR HONEY BUTTER BISCUITS 2 1/2 cups (325 g) self-rising flour 2 Tbsp sugar 1/2 cup (95 g) shortening or 8 Tbsp unsalted butter 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk (or whole milk) HONEY BUTTER Sauce 3 Tbsp salted butter (melted) 1/2 cup honey How I make the best fried Chicken Church's Chicken Copy Cat Recipe Texas Chicken Recipe Chicken Dinner Ideas

I love how you cook like how people really cook at home. Not like over the top expensive and fancy ingredients. Makes it so much better and realistic and makes me want to replicate. I just started using instant mashed potatoes, we bought some for hurricane-food and had them when our power was out. I'd never had them, always made them from scratch. Now we have it on our weekly grocery list! They're delicious, and SO easy. Game changer for real for busy weeknights

Im wondering that would the chicken adds the MSG or chicken powder Some people said, they would add baking soda too But to be honest, i don't want my fried chicken contained too much chemicals.

My mom made rolls/biscuits similar to yours. That brought back memories. But I remember she added a little orange juice and zest to the butter and honey. It was so good. Gona made them for sure.

Here in southern AZ, we use to have a Grandy's. They had the best fried chicken, fried okra, and biscuits. Been gone for 20 yrs hope this recipe comes close

Those Idahoan brand potatoes are great. I might not use them for a special or company for dinner type meal, but for a homestyle meal they are great.

There’s nothing wrong with instant potatoes I use them and sometimes I add chicken bouillon to my water them so delicious

Add a little less water plus a tablespoon or so of cream cheese to those instant mashed potatoes. It fools them every time
