My mother got a recipe for Cornflake Chicken from her sister-in-law that was similar to this, but it required a LOT of butter. We rarely had it because all that butter was not good for any of us, but we absolutely flipped over the flavor of that cornflake coating on the chicken. I'm so glad I watched this recipe because you've given me a way to have that wonderful cornflake chicken flavor without all the butter! I love all of your recipes! Thanks, Angelica!

My goodness sometimes I watch people's videos and I'm thinking d i I don't have the ingredients.

I love your recipes. We are 2 seniors who live in an rv. I always must cut the recipe in half and half again. Tasty but it takes me a bit to get the seasonings correct. I love that you are a culturally diverse family and it shows in your recipes. We are too. When I cook chicken legs it’s 3 maybe 4 legs. Which may be two meals. I’m not asking for a change just giving background on your followers.

Its nice to have a healthier option, but if its in the oven i rather have a roasted chicken. I liked fried chicken in my classic bayou fryer being i only eat it once every so often anyway. Looks very good though. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much for this video! My 6 year old has been saying he wants some fried chicken but I never make it cuz I really don't like the idea of having to stand over hot oil This makes it so much easier!

It all looks yummy. crunchy is good. right now it's so hot here in Oregon. heat wave. and I haven't wanted to use the oven. When I do. I'll need to buy some corn flakes and try this chicken.

My mom used crunched up cornflakes too! And, sometime crunched up rice krispies if she didn't have cornflakes. Brings back memories.

I heard that people can use pork rind chips instead of cornflakes to make it more keto friendly. Almond flour instead of regular flour too.

I have to try making this! I never deep fry because of the mess that it makes and it makes my house smell! But boy do I love that crunch!

Can you please tell us what does the MSG does to the chicken, I have never used this product. I am not familiar with with it
reply

I do not like crunchy eating noises when people try to talk with their mouths full. You don't do that, so I enjoy the crunch
