Today I am using Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix but making it better! I will be making cheddar jalapeno waffles to go with leftover chili. Lunch is gonna be good!
Ingredients
1 box of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
3 Tbsp (42. 5 g) unsalted butter (melted)
1 1/4 cup (295 ml) buttermilk
4 oz (113 g) cheddar cheese
1/4 cup (50 g) chopped pickled jalapenos
