I will be cooking this fiber rich chili in a cast iron skillet to also boost iron into my meal. Here’s another tip, when you said you like it creamier, a can of cream of chicken (no salt) will definitely make it creamier. Temper a can of soup (pour the can of soup into a bowl, then add a little liquid from the crock pot, stir until mixed, stir slowly back into bean soup) enjoy!

I love to make potatoes like that. Wedges are my fav as well, with Italian seasoning. I never thought of adding veggies to chili or anything. I gotta try that. It looks yummy! I really love how u let your hair grow so long. It's beautymous. Thank u for sharing, as always.

Both are a look like healty, filling meals. Enough for a family of 4 for dinner for 3 days. Potato chili night, one night, with leftovers for a couple lunches. Plenty of left over chili. Soup and cornbread for 2 to 3 days. Cook on Sunday, done till Thursday.

Potatoes are not generally considered fiber, and are normally considered simple starch. The potatoes skin could be considered fiber, maybe. The veggie medley has fiber, but the problem then is that the chili is not chili, it's hearty stew.

So I put on your video before I started doing dishes. I was listening. Then I was like, girl, wait! That sounds good. (Hurries and washes dishes) Now I'm watching again.
Also my boyfriend loves your Boursin mash potatoes.

Hi A! All your recipes today sure do look mighty delicious. I never made 15 bean soup. It does look tasty. I will be giving these recipes a try. I like that your Hubby helps you out. Good man. Great Video.

Definitely making this tomorrow.
The only thing I need to buy is the sour cream and I’m all set.
Thank you again for sharing your mouthwatering recipes.

Great recipe. BUT, I have to scrub potatoes, especially russets. They don't just rinse clean. Without scrubbing, there is usually some grit left behind.

I make tomato based dishes in cast iron too. 50 years ago my doctor suggested it for the iron because I couldn't tolerate iron pills and I was pregnant.

That’s my kind of meal. I especially love these corn bread variations. We make this often at home. Btw, those are some good looking egg yolks.

I can't wait to make this soup and corn casserole out of this world delicious thank you
