Thanks for this. I have never cooked Chicken in the Air Fryer apart from using it as a small sized alternative to a fan Oven and simply followed the instructions on the packet as if it were in an oven. I gained some confidence with your approach of sort of try it and see and I shall try it and I shall see.

Ok so we got talking about an air fryer last night and I was thinking back to the stuff you have done and finally decided to purchase the Nija that has the two 4 Qt baskets. I figure there are times when you want to fix a meat and fries or something else.
