Today I am making a simple recipe for chocolate chip blondies. Blondies are a cross between a brownie and a chocolate chip cookie. Texturally it is the best of both worlds and can be served la mode as a dessert. INGREDIENTS 2 cups (270 g) all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 sticks (169. 5 g) unsalted butter (softened) 2 packed cups (396 g) light brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 large eggs (room temperature) 1 cup (175 g) dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet) 9x13 baking dish parchment paper BAKE 350 F for 30 to 35 minutes Cool and set for 20 minutes then cut into squares

They look like they turned out fantastically. Had similar problem with my oven one time while I was making lasagna. The oven auto-locked for an hour but it was the best lasagna I ever had. Hope you and your family are well. Thank you for the recipe!

A classmate of mine made these in high school a bazillion years ago! This video just jogged my memory of it & how delicious they were! Your recipe looks fantastic. I'm going to give it a try!

In my experience, I am fantastic with baking casseroles but lousy with baking sweets. Believe me, I am gonna give this a shot until I get it right! Looks amazing!

Yum! I want to make these. So, I sent my husband to the store. We're running low on a few ingredients. I'm going to take your advice and use a 9 by 13 pan.
