Cook superfast and violent, making a huge mess and wasting food on the floor and walls.
Also talk on the phone whilst frying.
Show how talented you are at how fast and violently you cook and how you important you are talking to your FOB friend on the phone.
Forget hygiene and gloves, hygiene doesn't' matter.
Don't wear hair nets to keep your pubic facial and head hair in check.
Have a ghetto restaurant and say BESTEST in your stall add. Garbage stalls that would make you sick from the food or vomit at their hygiene practices. Disgusting.
Also mix everything in one plate, forget multiple bowls and plates.
Thank you for showing how ghetto these restaurants are.
I'm sure the food tastes great. What you can't guarantee is no diarrhea nor dysentery

Beef is not a Native Indian Food, though it is eaten in some southern states of India. Other Native Options of Meat available in India, which belongs From India itself are Goat, Chicken and Pork. In Majority part of India, where Most of the Hindus Live, Cows are Worshipped and not eaten. So, Technically it is A Food From the Muslim Nations and Middle East. So, It's My Request to you don't tag Beef as Indian Food. It misinterpretes the Main Tradition of India. You can Tag Beef as Food From the Middle East and Western Countries

I am sorry i hope people don't get offended me writing this but it is strictly my own opinion i really understand people eating with chopsticks or forks knives and spoons nowadays but for crying out loud eating with hands at this century its first of all not hygenic and second of all lits looks really disgusting. I respect Mark maybe he is trying to respect the eating culture of the country where he went to but i wish he also ate his meal with forks and knives or other utensils everywhere.

Mark, in my opinion you should have gone to another Nasi Kandar joint. Nasi Kandar Restaurant Tajuddin Husain. It is just across the street from Nasi Kandar Imigresen, down an alley and slightly to the left. I personally think it has far superior tasting curries. If you like your curries thick and spicy then this is the place for you. If you are still in Penang and not yet sick of eating Nasi Kandar then have a go before returning home. You won't be disappointed. trust me.

I've just come across this video and watched it as I'm also in Penang, the food capital of Malaysia.
I know most of these places and their respective staff in 40 years visiting the city.
I stopped watching Mark years ago because of his the way he 'shovels his food. '
You have improved some but please, please don't keep putting so much in your mouth and talk at the same time.
It doesn't look good!

I think I'm helping the environment when I recycle my plastics at home, then I watch this video and realize every plate of food in Asia is covered in a single serve plastic covering. Drink in a plastic bag, served with a plastic straw. Stall food jammed in a plastic bag, with a plastic fork on the side. we are doomed.

You have a fork and a plate but still dip your fingers into sauce I don't get it. I like seeing the different foods. Your orgasmic reaction to everything is old now. Use cutlery. Your fingers are just gross close up.

When I visited steel foundries in India years ago, we were invited to a local restaurant. My colleague asked why so much onion was used. The answer: That is against food poisoning but you should not be afraid: -)

I think I would trust Indian street food from Malaysia more than Indian street food from some parts of India. Not generalizing India, but some areas are quite sketchy.

As a local penang-nite, the places you went were absolutely legends! Highly recommend people from all around to world to check them out! Thanks mark for dropping by!

The cheese over the roti canai is so unnecessary. As a Malaysian i really don’t understand the obsession at placing cheese on pretty much almost anything. Ridiculous.
