OMG I've been your fan so newly watching the bangkok films and I am so surprised that you've been to Seoul too I'm living in Incheon, Korea. Gamjatang is my the most favourite food in Korea since 5 year old kid. There are some explanations why is it called 'gamjatang' like first reason is it contains potatoes in it, which is called 'gamja' in Korean, and second reason is the pork back bone was called 'gamja' quite long time ago. Korean languages have changed so there is no 100% right answer but. anyway, happy to see you with gamjatang: ) and additionally, most of Koreans really LOVE to eat fried rice after eating gamjatang. If you order it, than one of servers would come and make fried rice on your pot that you are eating with little bit of rest gamjatang soup Not only Gamjatang, most of Korean food with big pot and soup has this kind of way to enjoy: ) If you have never tried, than I hope you try: ): )

Agh This makes me miss my stay in Korea. They have the best food and its delicious. I wish I could go back too family and eat with them again, Jeju was So fun We stayed With some of my family and we rented a house. I miss being with them and How I made ramen with my dads uncle and ate with him with my uncle. The kimchi there is amazing too, and the fried chicken is so good. And I remember when we arrived too Incheon after the really long ride in the plane.

Hi MarkThat is sea squirt that you ate. It's called 'mi-do-duck' (pronounced mee - the- duck. Salty seafoody juice inside with a bit of flesh and chewy skin. Used a lot in South Korea for any type of Jjigge dish. You have to be careful when you chew, hot juice burst might get burn and blister in your mouth. Watching your video from Syndey. always thumbs up

to just add around 14: 30 where u say u dont know what those are, its called me deodeok in korean and they are warty sea squirts in english. koreans are the only people to eat that stuff, and whether to eat it itself is half and half. i personally dont like the juice inside but some eat. its usually put in to make the broth flavorful

I have no idea why, but I love watching Mark eat his way across the world. I wonder, however, does he ever gain weight or have an upset stomach? Is there anything he wont try? I thought I was fairly sophisticated with my eating, but now I know how very limited and guarded I am, especially in other countries. Good job Mark-

I've binge watched your videos all weekend and love your positive attitude, but every time I see you find something positive to say about airplane food, I feel like I trust you less. I sincerely find nothing positive about any airplane food I have ever had.

you can't compete aginst korean chickens. The reason is chicken restruants in south korea is extremely competitive. I was astonished when i went to korea, there are so many chicken restraunts. So basically saturated market led to better and better chickens.
