Camera I use: Day 22 of our Round The World Trip for Food with Star Alliance, we were in Barcelona, Spain. We started off the day with an amazing Catalan food meal at Can Vilar before doing some sightseeing, eating legendary Barcelona tapas, and finishing with some of the most famous Antoni Gaud attractions in Barcelona. 00: 32 Catalan Food at Can Vilar Restaurant - Can Vilar is an amazing and classic restaurant in Barcelona that specializes in local Catalan food. To begin our meal, I started with a bowl of gazpacho, a cold and refreshing tomato and vegetable soup. One of the main dishes I ordered was cap i pota, a Spanish Catalan dish of trip and other organs in kind of like a stew. Finally, seeing some roasted lamb cheeks, I decided to try a few of those as well. It was a delicious meal with friendly local service. Thanks to for this recommendation

My girlfriend and I so totally remember seeing you in Barcelona, Spain at the famous tapas restraurant called Quimet & Quimet. We remember seeing you video taping, but little to our surprise we saw ourself in this short video. We ran into you once again on that long subway ride heading to the airport. We are viewing your other you-tube videos as we our ready to set off on our new adventure to Greece. Were hoping that you may assist us in finding those rare foodie adventures and that they hit the right spot. Would love to follow you on Instagram sandravillardh or Facebook sabdvil2aol. com. Hope to see you again

I don't know where you got the recommendation for that restaurant, but I have lived in Barcelona for over 10 years but that is NOT traditional food. None of those dishes are iconic Catalan dishes, they would be more representative of very poor people food from the countryside that is made from the scraps. but just because you are poor doesnt mean that it would be prepared badly (hence the stewed tripe with 4 garbanzos. Furthermore, even if they did eat those things, not at 9 in the morning. not traditional AT ALL but I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Hi Mark n Lin. It's a 2016 series but I'm watching it now in 2019. First off, congrats to you both on having cute Micheal. Your way of describing food is super and he way you tilt your head to your right to show your liking of the food is now becoming a Mark Wiene trademark. I've seen your Pakistan visit videos. Thanks for promoting our food to the world. Keep up the good work buddy.

I truly enjoy your videos, but lately it seems like your face, your expressions and your comments are exactly the same for EVERYTHING you taste. somehow they are very interesting (that's why I always come back) but very boring at the same time. I liked this one.

yeap, here in Europe we drink a wine for every meal. I was working during the hard times of my life like a touristic guide. and people outside of Europe can't understand: we can not eat without wine it' a part of the meal. it has nothing to do with alcoholism
