Continuing the Bacolod part of the Visayan Food Tour, I'm overwhelmed of how impressive the food preparation, and presentation of the food.
Sinigang sa Batwan is something I've never heard until now, partly I'm used to tamarind, pink guava, and even pineapple, which I had tasted.
The giant abalone shells, I also want to try that someday.
Definitely worth going there when in Bacolod.

personally prefer Gina's, or better yet, Melkens in Balaring compared to Diotays. quality of Diotays for me has deteriorated.
