I was literally cringing the whole time I was reading the comments. LAHMACUN IS TURKISH. Greeks stole our yogurt, cacik, borek, dolma. and I, personally, am gonna do anything to prevent people stealing our food again. Sorry, I'm just doing what I think is the right thing to do and what everyone should do with what country they live or are from.

In turkey, its -lahmacun-, in lebanon, its -lahm-bi-ajeen-. They are both very different, the turkish one being smaller and sometimes thicker, the lebanese one is larger and thinner. No need to fight over shared culture, everyone can enjoy the same food without having to claim it, sincerely, a half turkish half lebanese human being: D

For those of you who dont know, try this at home, there are several versions depending on the culture, but this is simply incredible. Once you make it, you will keep on trying to make it even more tasty, I make it all the time and its extemely easy. and yes, everyone in the world should know how to make home made dough; )

Hey guys! Dont know if anyone over here has some knowledge over this matter. But here in the Netherlands Lahmacun is being sold as a turkish dish. i always thought to myself that it indeed looked more like a lebanese or maybe even israel dish, Does someone know the history behind this? --Cheers!

absolutely amazing, a civil middle-east family that are not cut throat isis members, they are EVEN CHRISTIAN! :D I NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE OUT! God Bless, for anyone is on top of the news, many christian Armenian families are being displaced daily by radical Muslims.

cmon, lets be real, people now know how vice has become. so this doc is nonsense from the minute they start allowing and speaking of -organic-, -trim/mix it by hand-, -picking the best workers/women, just admit it, your bizz is abt taking advantage and so has vice become!

He said no machines used. Then comes the food processor (mixer. He already said his ancestors came from Antep, Turkey where this food is very common. I liked their style though. everything looked fresh and clean.

Turkish people put fresh parsley, wild rockets and squeeze some lemon in Lahmacun, wrap it and eat it like that. They drink ayran with it. Ayran is a salty yogurt dirnk. Yummy

he doesn't deny it isn't Turkish. he said his parents came from Antep which is in Turkey. later they have migrated to lebanon and brought their food with them.

That's awesome to see an Armenian owned restaurant in Lebanon. Laghkmajoon is one of the best and cheap foods you could get. If you live in LA there are some good spots.
