This episode of MUNCHIES How-To features a lamb rump salad that-s full of zesty, roasty flavours and beautifully diverse textures. its a munchies requirement that all chefs must have tatts, the men must have beards and the women must be an echo of bettie page. if you get me a derro chef from china town who can't speak much english but can cook me some deliciously dirty sweet and sour pork then you have my respect.

I wish there was more of her. I tried googling her and there is literally nothing else that comes up other than this video. No other cooking videos, not even any information about her or what restaurant she works at -

In my humble opinion, this tasty lookin' dish seems mighty acidic. I'd almost as some honey or maple syrup to the vinaigrette to cut the acidity. But that's just me. Nonetheless, it looks damn good.

Great recipe. Lamb done just right. Nice combination of salad, lamb and buckwheat. I suppose you could substitute mashed potatoes for buckwheat.
