I am a pizza freak! That being said, I really don't get the cold cheese on top of pizza, really? Give me a break. When you are going for full flavor, cold cheese WILL NOT DO IT! That is why we melt and bubble the cheese hot, the flavor comes out nice. I am sorry, I call BS/FAD on this. If you are too drunk and just eat hot pizza and burn yourself, well, you don't respect pizza, so too bad, so sad! LMFAO: P

I grew up going to Patsy's almost every weekend or birthday growing up for the first 25+ years of my life. the best pizza and mussels marinara in NJ, hands down. Phyllis was the best waitress. after my parents died, we all went our separate ways and I haven't been there in a long time but I can still taste the birch beer and they buttery crust like I had it yesterday. such good memories.

Omg I used to work at umbertos on Long Island as a teenager. I worked the counter, made pizzas, and did deliveries and the best part of the job was getting to eat fresh out of the oven GRANDMA slices for free all day while working. Perks of the job. Umbertos makes them soooo freaking good. Sole Mio pizzeria has better plain mozzarella slices though.

I have watched a bunch of the hosts videos and when he isn't in New York he talks like most everybody else but when he is in NYC he pours on the fake NYC accent and tries to sound like a movie gangster. -I have had pizza all over the north east, Chicago and it all tastes about the same and the only difference is the crust.

FUN FACT THE SCREENS THEY USED IN THE THIRD PIZZA SPOT HELP YOU KEEP IT IN THE OVEN LONGER WITHOUT BURNING THE BOTTOM THUS HAVING A CRISPIER PIZZA, I used to use them all the time, i made pizza for alittle over 3 years and was a master at it

Right before moving to New Mexico, I went to Star Tavern with my buddies who had been going there all their lives. I had to tell them that they also serve AMAZING Buffalo Wings. They'd never tried them until that night. A feast I will never forget.

The roof of Frank's mouth must be made of stainless steel. My Lord how does that guy eat pizza straight out of the oven? I'd love to try his pizza. I wonder if he's as good of a pizza maker as he is a host. He's like everybody's friend.
