Farideh Girl! You inspired me I made these last night I didn't use your recipe exactly I used sweet Italian sausage and I just did my own thing because I love to experiment and the person I made dinner for was like this shit is bomb and couldn't stop talking about it that was the first time I cooked for them and they were like oh she can cook cook. I have a culinary degree but I even surprised myself with this one!

I am a scientist and shocking your veggies does stop them from overcooking. The whole point of it is to speed up the cooling process so that the cooling that would take say 10 minutes at room temp now takes just one. You just placed something hot in a cold basin, under cold water, or in an ice bath which lowers the initial temperature and speeds up the cooling process -.

Farideh makes me feel things. I feel like I could make a lifetime pact to love, honor, obey, and cherish her through sickness, health etc. And as a symbol of that pact, I would put a gold band on the finger right before her pinkie in front of family, friends and anyone else. Whatever that is, I want that with her.

This woman is shit at cooking. Bush league blogger with no taste, technique, or ability. Would get destroyed if actually challenged in any way. The definition of a level 1 cook.

This recipe looks very and fun to make! I think to give it that really nice crispy topping maybe add some golden breadcrumbs amongst the top layer of cheese before baking!

My friend who's German and English but once lived in NY uses that very accent. Heh. Are we mean to shame him? --You need a Harold McGee food science show. ;)
