You're probably the only one who does that. --That is the only reason I probably will never go into the restaurant business. -I usually get the day after thanksgiving off from work as well as thanksgiving. . after cooking I usually get the symptoms like a stroke cooking for my family. none of the Haitian restaurents I know have the stuffs on the menus well I cook home for family. it was just rescently I came to the realization maybe the reason why Oprah's many diets have failed her. she's been eating the -fast food or Junk food or as we call it in creole -Free tigh! - Instead of the real 3 hours slaving for the full balance meal with the cooker presser, last night slow cooker, etc. --Love you for -great- work and food when you're there everyone is family. I would love to taste your oxtail.

Why did tears come to my eyes watching this. the part about her putting her kids through college by selling food from a cart real got to me. I met a Jamaican brother that told me he brought a home in Brooklyn and put both his son through college by driving dollars taxi in Brooklyn since 1990. god bless all my Caribbean people who come to this country and work their fingers to the bones to make a better way for their families here and back home same to my black American transplant from the south.

Your killing people with that trash. There-s not one healthy thing you serve. Your picture as a collegian is a testament of why you look the way you do now. Unhealthy eating practice. She was never home Bc she was cooking for everyone and yet still her kids are black and well educated. -I can relate to her Bc I worked 15 hrs a day as a black woman but A SINGLE MOTHER and have an accountant, RN going off to do the nurse anesthetist and one going off to law school hmM in May.

Wow, that's a very uplifting story. I take out of all this that if you have a good mind, good attitude, be willing to work hard and mainly God in your life you can definitely become an overcomer. Really happy for this family, is nice to see stories such as.

TRUST. THEY ARE THE BEST! I love this family. Im not usually in the Bronx however I look for them at the street festival's and outdoor concerts. --They are on Governor's Island on the summer time as well. .awesome!
