I hesitate to buy fresh herbs cause I tend to not use em all & have to throw the rest out eventually. I hate wasting food more than anything so this recipe is perfect for what to do with my leftovers!

greek people are going to kill me but i use spring roll wrapper, feta, spinach, herbs, onions and garlic, roll them up, add a little oil and air fry them, drizzle them with honey and it tastes AMAZING
