Instead of the BBQ sauce - take some cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, a small about of bacon geese, and hickory liquid smoke, smoked paprika, pepper (NO SALT - Liquid Smoke has enough sodium, minced garlic - mix until creamy yet a little runny - spread that instead. AMAZE BALLZ

You should get a different colored plate for presentation. Preferably something darker. I'm not trying to be a douche, but the white plate is like looking into the sun when watching. You guys do an awesome job and I love the vids. I'm just being a whiny brat.

Lol I laugh every time when you are trying to use your mind and reflexes not to get burnt. Have a tiny fork or some chopsticks to take up the bite-size pieces of food that fall out of the pots or pans.
