I dont think you should change who you are when it comes to LANGUAGE! I just watched two vids and I learned and laughed my ass off! I love to cook and love being entertained and you just killed it! Thanks Sam for sharing, going to make this for dinner tonight. I am going to skip out on the smoked pap, and just use sweet, BUT will be adding just a few drops of mesquite smoking liquid. Not a fan of the smoked stuff. Have a splendid ending to your week. CheersHope

I stopped by Not Not Tacos and I have to say that I wasn't really wow'd. The only thing I tried on the menu that slapped were the ranch tots which I'm absolutely doing in my own house from now on. The only taco that wasn't bland in flavor was the Korean taco.

Thank you Sam. Made this today and it was amazing. Ive been searching for a good blackened seasoning mix and this one is exactly the kind I was looking for. The ranch dressing was a huge hit with the wife. will never buy store bought again
