These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.

Lose the skirt and make Chicken Parm Cremera Pizza.
Pizza Crust
Tomato Sauce
Alfredo Sauce
Diced Grilled Chicken
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Bacon Crumbles
Roasted Garlic
Ricotta Cheese
Red Pepper Flakes
Italian Seasoning
The way I do it is tomato sauce on the crust then Alfredo sauce on top of that diced grilled chicken, Mozzarella, Parmesan, crispy bacon crumbles, and chopped roasted garlic. I like to add red pepper flakes, dollops of ricotta, and Italian seasoning.
I’ve been asking since September 5, 2023

When you make them scratch you dust them with extra flour/starch to keep them from sticking. If you cook them the same way and just add water the extra starch on the outside will do the same thing you did with your slurry; great shortcut for a frozen bag.

I made one of your older recipes for my birthday dinner tonight (your Mexican meatloaf) I don't have a smoker so I just used the oven. Still came out delicious. It's one of my favorite meals. I don't make it often, but I enjoy it every single time.

I only like steamed dumplings.
I never liked pan fried dumplings, pierogi, kreplach.
Ive seen this skirt method in a yt short several years ago. Your video is very helpful and easy.

What are my chances of winning a knife
Not good.
You mean not good like, 1 out of a hundred
I'd say more like 1 out of 3. 76 million.
So you're tellin' me there's a chance. YEAH!

Yeah, I've been eating those in Chinatown here in NYC for decades now and have yet to see them do that. They wouldn't cut into the profit margin for starters. Don't fix what ain't broken.

Love that you guys are experimenting with everything! That chili crisp dipping sauce is legit. I didn't like the voiceover stuff and how short the video is though. Keep it up guys!

Where I live there's no frozen dumplings. I have to make them from scratch when I want to eat some. It's a hassle I only make them with the skirt though. It's so good.

Looks amazing Sam but it just am a little confused at the beginning you said cornstarch was in it and there was no cornstarch added to the bottle. Is that a yay or a nay
reply

Cute! I wonder if adding flavoring to the flour mix would mess up the skirt/kilt if you don't add too much. Perhaps a bit of roasted garlic powder. Or powdered ginger.
reply

Why add a slurry Doesn’t add anything to the dish! I know I sound like an ass. Love the work and recipes but this seems f-ing lazy. Keep up the good work
reply

I guess I don't understand the purpose of flour water mixture. it doesn't add flavor does it Basically it's a way to hook them all together for serving; )

Great Idea for the Costco bag of Potstickers!
Thanks for your Travels to let us know about different ways to prepare the Stuff we already Eat.

You mention corn starch at the beginning of the video, then neglect to mention it when it came
time to make the squeeze bottle contents - so which is it

reply

Hmm, what would happen if we flavor the flour and water with. something. garlic powder and soy sauce How very interesting, let's experiment. mwaha haaa.

I love dumplings! I've always wanted to make soup dumplings but it seems daunting. Can you do all the work and just show me how to do it
reply

Men can't wear skirts mean they can but don't think they call themselves men and a man's skirt is called a kilt not a skirt
reply

Love that you took a technique they've been using in Japan for at least a hundred years and ask whether or not it's a piece of shit.
reply

Making from scratch is so easy and rewarding, but every now and then frozen just works well for busy schedules.
Looks great
