Planting Fall Containers (Pt 1) Garden Answer Sherry: Nice way to dress up that area! I too am not a fan of the scent of marigolds or geraniums either. I love the look and have used them in my vegetable beds but not really near my house, when I lived in a house. I'm in an apartment now and do miss having flower beds that I can create for myself. I can live vicariously through your amazing videos. Thanks so much

I wish I had that kind of money!
I wait for the plants to be on clearance, sell my over grown or tired of them plants. Start things with seeds to find out that it is going to take 15 years to bear fruit. But sure I wish to go to a garden center and have unlimited budget!

I want to see you put together some cool toned fall planters. I am going with those colors this year for fall & I want to see what you would put together for an arrangement. I always love your arrangements, especially the ones I would t even think of putting together.

I love viola's! I planted tons of viola's and alyssum 2 years ago in a flower bed in front of my house ( under front windows) and even though they say they are annuals (I'm zone 5, almost all of them came back this spring! and they seem to be spreading

My wife and I really enjoy your videos. Very informative with a lot of great ideas. I have a question for you we bought some mums from walmart. how can I tell if they are perennial or annual as the tag does not tell you anything. keep up the great videos.

Laura does it again! Love how the silver Dichondra spills down the steps. Do you pick up some of the plants in spring and save for fall arrangements? I have trouble finding some things you have shown in fall arrangements this time of year.

Saute a medium yellow onion, when clear in color, add one pound of lean ground beef, chard leaves from about 20 stems, one cup of cran raisins, one cup of cooked yellow corn, and stir fry and serve with wild rice.

Great video. Thank you. Is there a video that address the care of ornamental kale and cabbage for zone 8? The issue I have are the summer months. Triple digits, humidity, droughts and clay soil. HELP!
