I have a pegasus that is my favorite plant of the ones I own. It is also the plant that terrifies me the most because I'm terrified that I'm going to kill it. I had it outside for summer, very short here in northern Minnesota, and it grew like mad! So happy! But then I had to bring it in, but it seems quite happy so far. I like to wait until it begs for water, which means it wilts a little, before I water. I use aquarium water.

Hi Laura! I'm a big fan of your videos. Thank you for putting the time into making them! My name is Kalie, and I live on the Oregon Coast in Lincoln City. I recently started a company For The Love OF Plants 4theloveofplants. com, and I host terrarium workshops on the Coast, and I'm also a Lincoln County Master Gardener. I just wanted to say hey! Thanks for all the plant knowledge, it's really appreciated.

Can you suggest any remedies for wilting rex begonias? I have a small one some of the leaves are just fine but I am finding the smaller leaves/stems are laying completely flat. The soil is moist as they were watered 5 days ago. I have a humidifier by the plant. The plant hasnt been over watered. I waited until the soil was dry before I watered the plant

I used to have a pendulous begonia in a terracotta hanging pot it had lovely oval variegated
Leaves and tiny red flowers. This type was also available in Burgundy coloured leaves with
Purple flowers. I tried to find it
on the int. net but it doesn't
seem to exist in the list. Some years back l came across it
in Australian Woman's weekly.

Another great video thank you! Ive always liked begonias but I havent been brave enough to try one indoors. I think I will try it now!
Do you have any info about kangaroo paw fern? I just bought one. I like how you have a nice predictable format to follow in your videos. Maybe add propagation to your kangaroo fern video for me? Thanks!

i absolutely love all this information on begonias i used to be a serial plant killer and have become- after years of hard work- a begonia person and everything in this video is probably the most vital aspects of caring for rex begonias, picky little buggers but beautiful plants in a dry climate takes some care and effort; )

I have a Gryphon begonia that was big and full when purchased, but now about 2 months later it is beginning to loose leaves and stems. Im afraid I may have over watered and/or too much fertalizing so need to know what i can do to save this plant. It is planted in all purpose potting soil. Thank you for any suggestions.

The pegasus begonia you have is awesome, I have a question about ours. Can you propagate this plant? Ours has 3 fat stems that are about 12 tall with only a couple of leaves on the top. Could I cut off one of those and grow another plant? It is starting to grow off stems but it was never as full as yours. Thank you

I bring in my flowering begonias (not wax begonias) before a freeze and enjoy the flowers for a while, then as they atart to look a little sad, I move them to the basement and hold back the water. In the spring you will see new growth at which time you start to water. Wait until it is safe to take them out.
