What do you use to get rid of aphids? Every year my petunias get aphids. I spray them thru the year for maintenance and then spray them off with a water hose and spray them with Bauer when they get them and I cant get rid of them. Also, my hibiscus have white flies this year and I have sprayed and sprayed and it doesnt seem to do any good.

Please everyone dont laugh at me, but My green thumb is brown meaning I cant keep any plant alive. So what I did was buy faux plants that mimic the exact ones she has. Believe it or not my yard has made all my neighbors envious! So thank you so so much, be blessed.

Oh, i hate to pull plants out, specially if they're doing ok, but great idea
So do you let your grass seeds just fall off, mine have been dropping, so I've been cutting this plumes off just before they fall, wasn't sure if they'll be seeding themselves everywhere

It would be helpful for us to know how many free trial plants you receive from Proven Winners since I noticed the small nursery of PW pots along your barn. As a Master Gardener, we receive PW trial plants each Spring for our local garden projects. Thanks

Thank you for sharing this! I didn't know fall plantings were a thing; we don't get lots of selection at the garden centers this time of year. But you've inspired me to attempt this next fall!

Looks great! I'm very excited to pull out all my petunias that have been ravaged by bud worms and replace all of them with fall plants I got at our local nursery. You're such an inspiration!
