Planting Caladiums & Salvia in My Parents Garden! Garden Answer Desiree: I can't get Supertunias and superbells to grow together either. I have two containers with the Proven Winners 'Ada' recipe, but I think I'm going to try to dig them all up and put the Supertunia Royal Velvet and Superbena Royale Plum Wine together in one container and just have the Superbells Evening Star by itself. Unless I can find something to go with the Superbells, pretty slim pickings for annuals lately. The Superbena choked out the other two but especially the Superbells. I switched from Miracle Gro Bloom Booster fertilizer to Scott's Super Blooms, so I'm going to give the Scott's a chance to hopefully work before I try digging them up. They bloomed really well together at first then they grew like weeds but the blooms tapered out and so far haven't come back. So we'll see. I'm still new to gardening; this is my first time ever having plants and not killing them within a couple months! Thanks for all your wonderful and informative videos! They're so helpful and inspiring!

Hi Laura, Aaron, Benjamin, Mom, Dad, Joe and Sis! This was really fun watching the interaction between your family. It's so nice that everyone helped with the planting. That will be such a beautiful view from the pool. It will be fun seeing it later on once it's filled in and your Mom adds the Hostas. The drone shot of the volcano was amazing! As I've said before, your parents have such a beautiful garden. Aaron's singing was good and Benjamin's reaction to pizza was so cute. He's growing so fast! I do hope that your Mom can join you when you do a tour of their place. She's so sweet! Thank you so much for sharing your sweet family with us!

Your videos are SO informative and full of such quality content. I have learned so much after finding you just a few months ago, but also I find them so calming and soothing during this crazy time. I appreciate everything you do, and that you get after it yourself! Women are strong and watching you get your hands dirty and be confident in all that you do is awesome!

I absolutely love your parents gardens. The terraced rock beds are just so heavenly. Id love to hear how they came about. were they there before your family moved there, or were they added after? Did they start with a blank slate? It all fits together to create a really special place. I can see why you love it so much.

I am curious as to why you needed to remove the lavender from that area in your parent's garden? Love your videos - I have learned so much. We are house hunting so can't wait to get some yard to plant up. You and Aaron are a hoot together. what a blessed family. Thank you for sharing your journey with all of us!

I trimmed spent blooms on my salvia after watching. After I picked up large pile and discarded, numerous sparrows flew down and ate the seeds that had dropped onto the sidewalk. Next time I will leave the spent blooms either on the plants or on the ground somewhere so they can eat the seeds.
