I would buy things throughout the year that called to me & just stash it wherever I could find a place. Lol. One year, at Christmas time, I pulled everything I'd been stashing out to sort, wrap and see what I still might need. I had squirreled soooooo much stuff lol that I had tons for Christmas and their birthdays and Easter the next year lol.

Okay can we just talk about a few things:
Even if you had gotten the Felco pruners for free, what an amazing gift. I would honestly love to receive a homemade bouquet as a birthday gift. the fact that you took so much time and care to create it with your mother-in-law is so nice. And, you get to share your love of gardening with the people that you love, what could be better.
Also, can we appreciate the colouring of the maple in the pot behind you. now I have maple envy.

I love your garden. Benjamin looked so cute behind the camera, he reminds me of my son. I know this may sound weird, but on Benjamins head where the swirl is at on his head. They say when its off to the side that means youre going to have a girl. If its in the middle its going to continue as the same gender.

You remind me so much f myself! Things like Birthday and other Celebrated things I slip and think of thats right I got them that one gift. So I do the same thing through the year! If it screams that person I get it! I love your flower arrangement! Where can I get love in a cup plant?

Thats a beautiful arrangement. When you cut flowers in the middle of the afternoon on hot days do you notice a decrease in vase life? I often cut flowers in the middle of hot days and I havent noticed a substantial decrease in vase life but I know it isnt necessarily recommended

Oh yes I love doing that with gifts. grab and put away because i know when I'm ready to purchase for someone may not have the same luck finding something I like for them or just if you get too busy & don't have enough time to go out and purchase. u have something on hand

Love the gift/ arrangement! I'm too scared to cut the couple of flowers that I grew in my small bed & give them away. I definitely need to plant more flowers next spring. Love the place cards idea too!

Love it, those sunflowers are amazing. I agree snapdragons and zinnias together would be perfectly simple together. I enjoyed this video very much. These little succelent name tags are just the cutest.
