We pursue Canada goose in the late season using decoys in effort to put delicious food on the table! . Woodobo SPICE (FOR SALE) MDestron2282: Speaking of challenging yourself with new things. I watched the videos of you and your brother cutting down trees with his chainsaw and his awesome new logger. I've had a huge bush in my yard that I've wanted to cut down for a couple years and I was gonna just pay a guy to cut it down. Your brother cut through your huge Canadian trees like butter so I went out and bought a chainsaw like 3 days later. Never used one before. I hacked that bush down with a vengeance and loved every minute of it. You're the man.

i remember when i was a kid when my father is still alive and he bring a goose for dinner i watch him removing all the feather, he put it in a small basin and he boil a water and pour it before removing the remaining feather i think it softening the skin so it easy to remove. anyway i'm just telling a story hehe.

A great video. Especially your recipe. simple and delicious. I love your Videos. And especially your gentle attitude and composed way to handle it all. Great dude. By the way. what are those leaves which you put in the burger?

There is not enough thanks to send your way for the knowledge that you are sending fourth, exspecially to the young. God bless you and your family for letting you indulge in your passion and share it.

Taking off the feather takes seconds with a machine made specifically for that, and it takes a couple of minutes to do one on your own if you soak it in a hot water for one minute

Smoked goose is one of my favorites. That was a staple for me all through my childhood and now as a late 40s. Processing goose into sausage is a nice treat as well.

Chinese love goose. Especially those from southern region. BBQ goose is extremely popular and the skin is the best part, dont throw them away!
