Hi Guy's! As to the squirrel's/(Furry Tailed Tree Rat's, tannin/acid question? I'd say that it's mother natures way of keeping some of the parasites at bay! I have a question for y'all. Do you still have many Red or Fox squirrels up above the 49th? They have been almost wiped-out here, except for the mountains of western North Carolina! We still have plenty of Grey's, but it would take 5 or 6 to fill a tea cup!

I personally would watch videos about proper field dressing and cleaning then processing game animal meats, I just don't have money to spare. Its a shame that you can't show it despite its educational value.
