In the early 80's I was stationed at Fort Bliss Tx. I was a Tanker and the Mortor guys would send up willy p rounds to light the night sky this was before good night vision. During the day the Morter guys were bored. They cooked up some rattlesnake. Its not bad but very tough.

I don't understand you're so into the outdoors but instead of relocating the snake or call fish and wildlife you kill it. A lot of people look to you as a hero and what you do is what they do. Snakes are a vital part in nature so i'm sorry but i'm disappointed

Justin from one father to another. please move the pan to the back of the stove and don't EVER leave the handle hanging over where curious little loved ones can grab it and get burned by hot grease and pan. Bad habit you don't want.

When I was a kid I used to live in Tennessee and my next door neighbor ms Mildred would cook fish for me that I caught. She would use a regular metal spoon to scale the fish and it worked like a charm

I'm disappointed you killed the copperhead. For next time, get a big bucket with a lid and just move it elsewhere. There's no point in killing them, they're just doing what God designed them to do.

If you were Flair, you'd eat that snake. You'd over hype it in your thumbnail, over spice it when cooking it (frying it, most likely, and then you'd say it was the best ever and slappin'.

you should skin it and tan the skin! 1 cup rubbing alc, 1 cup glycerin in a jar for about a month and the skin will soft and you can work with it better!
