Good video, Conservation officers are a good resource for inland regulations. As for me I have no reservations about not releasing any invasive species of fish. Most of the time they don't have a natural predator to keep them in check. Now it sounds as if they are good to eat, so that makes man the predator. Anyway, respect the law enforcement officer and you will be in a lot better position for your offense. arguing, belligerency, or denigrating their position just makes you more apt to be arrested

All species of Florida Snakehead are illegal to possess live in the state of Florida. Possession of live Snakehead is a second-degree misdemeanor punishable by up to a 500 fine and/or 60 days in jail. Florida law also makes it a crime for anyone to release any exotic fish into state waters. Based on angler observations snakeheads in Florida appears to be one of the more aggressive species of snakeheads. Catch Eat or Kill, NO Release!

I live in Belize thats in Central America. where I wish has monster tilapia, monster mangrove jacks, jew fish, tarpon an snook. n u don't need a licenses lol

I usually like all you guys videos but couple of things bother me here. for one anyone who is a public servant should not be afraid to have their identity revealed to the public and for two if you were catching an invasive species weren't you working in the favor of the wildlife department?

Love these guys talk'n crap about the law. obviously never been arrested, spent time locked up, or paid court costs, fines, bail, attorney, or probation! If you had. you wouldn't be talk'n that sh#t! Keep pretending how hard you are. while I laugh my a off!

Well, I lived in Fort Lauderdale for 25 years, a lot of times I didn't have a fresh license because I was told, maybe it's changed but fishing from land was free. I never had an issue and I fished all over. so maybe its different now?
