Absolutely AWESOME wahoo catchin' and killer cookin' work in the kitchen! Fresh wahoo is one of my favorites, both lightly seared & raw sashimi style, and you 'hoo tower looks delicious! Cheers!

That tower looked fantastic! you might think of doing a quick pickle on the cucumbers next time. I bet that would add an interesting layer of flavor. Keep up the great work!
