I can't believe it took me so many years to make this video! Land based shark fishing is something I grew up doing and something i love very much. My buddy Ricky called me the other day and asked if i wanted to try and catch some blacktip sharks from the beach. We got to the beach and within 15 minutes had our first shark bite from the surf. This time of year the annual blacktip shark migration is in full swing along South Florida's east coast. Thousands of sharks migrate along the coast and Congregate in huge numbers just feet from the beach! Hope you guys enjoy this shark catch clean cook and please read below for more info on shark regulations! Florida and the U. S as a whole have very strict shark regulations, so please don't believe everything you see in the media as far as sharks being fished to extinction. It's true that many parts of the world have declining shark populations, but this is not the case in our waters. Blactkip sharks are very plentiful! Recreational regulations for sharks in Florida! Make sure you take your shark smart course if fishing from land!

This was one of my favorite videos to date! None of this shark went to waste, we at all of the meat and gave some away to friends as well. This is sustainable harvest, not what the media portrays shark fishing to be! I'm going to film another video making homemade shark fin soup as to not waste any of the animal. If you have a recipe or know anyone who knows how to make shark fin soup PLEASE email me at teethtvgmail. com, or DM me on instagram landsharkoutdoors.

Nice video. I would like to add to the viewers that shark does not freeze well. Please harvest/Keep only an amount you can serve fresh. Also, in addition to a Florida fishing license, Florida now requires a Land based shark fishing certificate (if you are targeting or harvesting shark) The certificate is free of charge, but requires an annual online training course in shark handling, identification, tackle permitted etc.

A lot of sharks urinate thru their skin and are not eatable! Especially the bull shark much more dangerous than a black tip! Not all sharks are eatable! Shark fin soup has endangered the shark you should release them and you killed one for a silly video shame on you!

Anyone with a Soft Spot for Sharks are MORONS! They need to go swimming in S. F. Bay or Australia's Great Barrier Reef and come Face to Face with a Great White or Tiger Shark and see that Sharks have a Soft Spot for them. As Dinner!

In Trinidad and Tobago we eat shark a lot. Nothing better than a fried bake (a type of flat bread) and fried shark and I love love love curried shark and rice with a nice hot pepper

At least you use the whole shark. Unlike some fishermen in Asia who basically just cut off the fins and throw the rest of the body back at the ocean

Omg! I wish I could have tasted your dinner. It looked so good! You cook amazing cuisines! Keep up the awesome work! You need your own restaurant!
