Brook and I went deep sea fishing with our friends Chris and Kiely out of Hillsboro inlet Florida. We caught a very rare species for South Florida the Atlantic Bonito! These fish are generally cold water fish found along the Eastern continental U. S and are not common in South Florid! They were some of the best eating fish I have ever eaten and prepared in a pan fried picatta style sauce they were delicious! Its funny not funny when you said this isnt sebastian when you supposedly got jewfished. those people from up there come to fish down here because. well to be honest most people from down there came to fish here because it was out fished down there. and now its just they same. yall have way more sharks then we do though. maybe try some different drops when you come up here. Ill go ahead and unfollow. just crappy thing to say about a neighbor and other fishermans home. all about respect.

Recipe looks delicious man. Our Pacific Bonito which look almost identical, are kind of regarded as trash fish in So Cal. Not often a target species and on sport boats more often than not people will say oh no. its just a bonito.
Im on the other end of the spectrum. Love catching them and they brawl once they get over 6 or 8 pounds.

Hey man. I love your videos! Your really an inspiration! With that being said. I have a challenge for you. You always say there's no trash fish just trash cooks. I could be wrong but i never seen you cook up a pleco! Id love to see how that would come out. So you think your up for the challenge?

whenever you do catch and cooks, you should cook some of it, with no seasoning, and use no sauce, nothing but fish, and see how good it taste compared to the spiced up sauce covered fish you make. cant judge something when you add 20 flavour inhancers too it

Interesting take on Piccata, since it's normally butter, white wine, lemon juice, garlic, and capers. I would at least add a little lemon juice into that to add a little brightness to it.

Never add any other meat stock to a seafood dish because it will NO longer be called as a seafood dish or a fish dish. it will also destroy the original sea flavour of that dish.
