I ate a lot of grilled sardines in portugal. super delicious with some salad and potatoes. They also served them in full like your last sardine. With a nice sagres or a glass of vinho verde. btw always enjoy your videos, thanks a lot

I cooked pilchards with tomato sauce it tasted like the canned ones but to many bones but fried that problem is solved. Bluefish is the best fish to eat because of its oily meat and has a better taste doesn't need to much salt.

the bones should be cooked together because they give rich flavour to the surrounding flesh. if you deep fry the sardines, you can even bite & chew the sardine-bones because that is how soft & crispy they will become.

Just saw this video and I am a sea food lover. I cook sardines in a pressure cooker. Just clean it and knock off its head and guts. Trust me you can eat bones and all. Very delicious

Here in Philippines we not remove the head we just remove the guts. season with salt then grill. smells good and tasty. Also we remove head the guts the bones and wash with vinegar and make it like ceviche
