bro next time, try Grinding smoked/fresh-chillies, ginger, red-shallots, garlic, cumin-seeds, corriander-seeds, cardamon-pods with seeds, star-anise, cinnamon sticks, abit of nutmeg, abit of tumeric & a correct amount of sea-salt into a combined Paste. Add water while Grinding them up until you get a very Smooth paste. Once, you have this Fresh paste ready, mix in your chunks of Fish(recommended to have the Skin & huge Spine-Bones still intact in the fish to release the flavour) into the freshly made paste & mix them all up evenly. Then pan fry OR deep fry them. try this method = you will KNOW that this method of fried fish is THE-BEST.

Awesome video! An online cook book/app that goes by species would be awesome to learn how to make some of the dishes you do!
