Went to New York in 2006 one of the coolest places I have ever been. We went to destruction site if the twin towers and I was astonished at the foot print of destruction left behind. Ill say Im not at all a city person but New York was an amazing experience that I would recommend anyone take at least once in your life. The city just has so much history and culture that is just 100% American. Ill never forget that trip and I would go back again. You should have walked through Times Square we stayed at the Westin right on the square. I could never live in the city of that never sleeps. Literally had cabs honking all night in the streets below. Also man do you just know hot girls in every city in the U. S. lol! Great video even without fishing! Cant wait to see some more videos in the future.

Big mistake by missing out on all the fishing Long Island, NY has to offer Rob. Upstate has good fishing, but how can you pass on the legendary fishing that Long Island has to offer? Well, maybe you'll change your mind on the way back down through New England. You certainly wouldn't regret it if you did.

Exploring NYC was one of my highlights of our time on the US east coast - was just reminiscing about it as we just posted our video! We learned a lot about the currents and posted about it in our video - but that is probably old hat to more experienced sailors like you!

Yep I'm like you country boy. I have to say I have visited NYC and love the whole state. You missed the theater district and little Italy my personal favorite places in NYC. If you go upstate hit Niagara Falls and eat a haystack.

Awesome tour nice scenery. Thanks Rob now i dont have to go to New York i seen enough. Now lets get back to Panama. But to be honest a couple days on that sailboat would be cool. Peace brother. Be Safe out there.

Wow! What a fun looking time and experience. Oh and RED was pretty amazing to look at as well. Be safe and watch out for the telephone poles and don't forget to pay that parking ticket. lol. Off to the Tea Party!

You dont even know man. Fishing around Long Island is among the best on the east coast. Montauk isnt called Fishing Mecca for nothing!
