In this episode we're hand feeding big sharks from the boat while we hide from strong winds in Port Fitzroy. Then we cook up a seafood feast including all the fish we've caught so far: yellowtail kingfish, Australasian snapper, golden snapper and the bizarre looking frostfish that Stephen pulled up from the deep. Nothing beats fresh seafood that you harvested yourself!

That sea serpent fish is really good eating bro. You can eat it in many different way. Marinate it with a little bit of salt. Dry both sides under the sun for one sunny day - and fry it or bbq it - make some sauce to dip it or dress it - it's really good. Hard to find fresh fish like that in shore.

The frost fish, here in Northeast FL we call a cutlass fish or ribbon fish we use the small ones (10 to 15) to troll for king mackerel. I have seen them that size here also.
