I love PAC, Eddie is the best! I cant believe you never eat the yellow out a crab, man, put that on a boiled potato with a clove or two of boild garlic, maybe some of the crab meat on top. good stuff. I got some good reds in Reggio two weeks ago, check out my video Reggio Reds. I got 98 subs, yall help push me over 100!

In the eyes of newbies, this might be a bad action, and in a way it's true.
But if you eat fish in general, it is way more efficient to eat the fish that you actually catch and let the rest live instead of placing nets everywhere decimating species.

Chef Ryan and his restaurants are legit! I can't wait to see what he does with Rouj Creole. I also recommend checking out his recipes on instagram, I tried the redfish on the half shell one and the sauce came out amazing!

Oil with bacon and crab fat. Anything would taste great with so much fat. I'm not really seeing any particularly exceptional cooking skills here, sorry.
