like the way the story is edited. feels like we're part of the adventure. Not getting the clothes isn't too bad. American lost a flight case with my fishing rods one year. I forget how many days it took before I finally got them at my final desitination. Fortunately, i had time on my side and I had other gear to fish with anyways. Anyways, i'm looking forward to the rest of the video.

thats a splitting maul not an axe. Stand up straight and use your arms like you were shown. Also don't be afraid to bend your knees and use your body to build more momentum for the maul. Also. try to hit the rounds on top on the edge closest to you. It will be much easier to split. I'm 34 years old and have been splitting wood since I could walk basically.

Did one of those cruises that stop there. Only cruise I wanted to be off the boat vs on it. Juneau is north but not that north lol (in Canadian terms at least. I got a bad feeling after this set of videos I'll be adding this destination to the list. Always wanted to go back to Alaska so it won't be difficult except for the exchange on the loonie: (

The Juno part of the video could be 16-17 minutes shorter. The whole video could be a lot shorter because most people watching are watching for the fishing, scenery, wildlife etc. the small talk between your friends isnt that entertaining.

Taking off for 2 year hiking fishing and surfing hands down the most memorable parts are those random people and the times you have with them. Those times never leave you, gotta love it man.

Incredibly jealous! Spent a large amount of time in Alaska for work but never got to fish. Its on my bucket list! Some of the best fish Ive ever eaten.

Ahh the memories. I visited Island point lodge in Petersburg several years ago. I will never forget that trip. It truly is God's country.
